Error Calibrating

I have 2 A350's, one of which started having some issues printing some simple things.  First thing I tried to do was calibrate.  The first four points were fine, but when it went to the right-hand back corner, the nozzle pushed into the bed enough that the bed actually raised ( pivoted ) up.  The gantry then went toward the center and we saw a message saying there was an error.  My only choice was to quit or try again.  I've tried twice more, after turning the machine off and then on again, and we're seeing the same thing.  I don't totally understand how calibration works - could there be a bad sensor somewhere?  If so, how do I go about replacing it?  Or are there other diagnostics I can use?

Hi @ChewySchu, I'm not really sure what an A250 is? It sounds like a 3D printer and if I knew what brand maybe I could help out, but this forum is for Fusion 360 made by Autodesk and is software. From the sound of it you should reach out to the hardware manufacture for calibration issues. If you do have questions about the software then please let us know or if I missed your question and I'm totally off please let me know as well.
