I've being trying to install Fusion 360,  every time same error... suggested solutions dont work

solved...the desktop icon must also be deleted... 

Solution:

Perform the following: 

1. Restart the computer. 
2. Close any A360 desktop applications. 
3. Open File Explorer. 
4. Navigate to %localappdata%/Autodesk. 
5. Delete the Webdeploy and Web services folders. 
6. Disable any antivirus and Firewall.
7. Click on run and type "User account control"
8. Move the setting to "Never notify"
9. DELETE DESKTOP FUSION ICON
10. Reinstall Fusion 360. See How to download Fusion 360.
