I've been trying to install back the fusion 360, at fist the one installed on my computer does not uninstall properly. so i did a manual cleaning (manual uninstallation) then reinstalling it again and Error ERRno22 always pops out on the 99th% mark.  i followed all the advice found on this Forum to no avail.

@em6cp9tijo
If you are running with Windows OS, are you able to create folder or file in your "Desktop"?  Looks like error happen due to the installer won't able to create shortcut on your OS "Desktop".
If you can create folder or file in your desktop, please install after restart your PC.
Thanks,
Dooyoul.

I managed to find hte issue. you led me to checking more about the desktop. it turned out the desktop link was messed up by the previous MS One Drive Settings and my Desktop link is always opening the One drive folder. managed to fixed it and was able to install the Fusion 360.

will give the links for those who have issue with installation due to One drive.

I did follow this steps to unlink the PC and bring back the old desktop settings.  need to stop backing up the desktop first and unlink the PC from the settings and uninstall the One drive to make this work.

hope if someone have the same issue find this solution helpful to them as well.
