Equal distance between many circles

I wanted put equal distance between those 8 circles. I drew parallel lines tangent to each of them and other lines perpendicular to those lines. Constraining all of them as equal did the job. But I wonder if there is any other way. Can we make this kind of arrangement easier?

Given that the circles are different diameters, I think that this is a good approach to the requirements.  I'm sure there are other ways to get this to work (a series of dimensions, all set to the same parameter value, for instance), but I can't think of a way that is significantly better than this at the moment.

If you draw a line between each circle then add a coincident constraint between the line and the circle centre you can then add the equal constraint between the distances. Edit, you will not need the collinear constraint in your example as the vertical distance is already set from the edge in your sketch.
