Endless loop requesting for six digit code

I cannot sign in to Fusion 360. It claims to have sent a code to my phone; no code. I request to use my email address. Each time I entered the code, it takes me right back to the original page requesting for the code again. The loop does not end. Help!

HI @oafak,

 

I personally have not run into this before, but let's ensure that two-step is set up correctly in your account.

 

Can you please visit accounts.autodesk.com and tab over to the Security Settings page. Under two-step verification make sure that your email and SMS settings are correct. If they are let me know. You may want to try re-entering these and saving it - perhaps this will get two-step out of the bad state it is in.

 

If that doesn't work, let me know. For reference, here is the two-step FAQ.

Thanks for your assistance. I just got over the problem by disabling twi step verification. It was not working correctly. It never sent the code to my phone and when it sent it to the email address, it did not still allow me to log into the program. Disabling it worked well and I will stay with that. Thanks.
