Trying to deboss using the EMBOSS command but the feature is not extending to the entire surface.
The sketch length is 59.245 mm and the hollow cylindrical surface to be embossed is 59.345 mm.
Has anyone experienced this behavior? How can I get the EMBOSS to extend to the entire surface or 59.245 mm length of the sketch? Thanks!
The Profile sketch cannot, even by a small bit, intersect itself as is embosses the cylinder. I have executed one with a 0.0006" gap and it is attached. Please share your model so the forum users can take a look at it for you to see if the problem can be determined. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

I am not sure where you picked up the distance around your model but it is not 59.345" but 68.1411". Change the length of the Emboss sketch with a straight section and it goes all the way around now. It is almost impossible to get it to join without an error so I took off the last little bit with a .001" Extrusion. Model is attached.
