Embedded Viewer Showing Incorrect Lighting Environment

We use Fusion 360's embedded viewer to display our product in 3D on our Ecommerce site (wavetherm.com). All of our models are saved with our own custom lighting environment that looks better than the default environment. This worked great for over a year.

Recently (I'm guessing in the Sept 17th update) the embedded models now all default to the "Rim Highlights" environment on our website despite no changes to the saved file. This is not listed as a change in the update log. Is it intentional? It makes our products and site look significantly worse and we are hoping it is a bug that will be fixed.

We haven't changed anything on our end, it seems fusion has changed how it handles setting up the embedded viewer.

Same problem here - can't understand why this has changed and our model environments now look awful!

Cool, and it has even been escalated to the A-Team. What more could we ask for. LOL

It just happens to be the acronym for their side of the ticket logging world. But it's awesome no less!

Love the gif 😂

If you open one of the older designs that now shows a problem, do you see this in the scene settings dialog box?

The scene settings dialogue box appears unchanged. It has our custom environment (KeyshotHDRI6) and the same settings as previously. The model appears as it should within the fusion application.

Thanks for putting in a ticket, glad this is getting looked into.

Thanks. The team has identified the issue and is working to revert the change while they figure out how to make the desired change (default lighting style) without wiping out your custom lighting styles.
