I keep getting a message in dashboard that I have been sent an email that I need to confirm

I can't find this email anywhere. Can somone explain what bthis is?

Hi 

I'm not sure I am using the right terminology so I will explain it fully

If I select my name in the project panel to bring it up in a browser,

when it opens, a yellow band appears across the top of the screen that says:

 

"We need you to verify your Email address"      { Resend verification Email ]   [ Remind me later ]

 

If I select  [ resend verification Email ] it says: "We just sent you a verification Email, click on the link to verify your Email address"

 

I don't get any Email. that I can find, but I have been getting Email notifications of replies to my posts (such as yours)

Where do I find this email?

Hi Ed,

 

Thank you for your response! I found that this issue was also reported in A360 forum and the team is investigating the cause. I will post an update as soon as I have one.

 

I understand that is annoying but are you experiencing anything critical, for example not able to download or open files?

No, it is not causing any operational problems yet, and I wouldn't call It
annoying, I was

just concerned that it could become a problem if I was unable to respond to
it. As long

as you are aware of it, then I will simply Ignore it until you get it
resolved.

I am having the exact same issue. Each time I see the notice I click the "Send a new conformation message" button in the yellow band. I have searched my email agent including the SPAM folder and do not see anything from Autodesk or Fusion but I do receive messages from the community forum.

Still not working for me. At this URL myhub.autodesk360.com I keep being told I have to verify my email.

I click the button to send the verification email but never receive it.

Yesterday I clicked on the button to resend the verification message. As of today I have not received that verification. It appears to not be working.

I'm also getting this message.

 

When clicking the: Resend verification email link. No email is received. And if I click on the account icon on https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active It, says Unverified email id under my email address.
