Email sent when renaming a file

One of our designers liked to name all of his files using underscores instead of spaces. It turns out when you do that, Fusion doesn't recognize them as separate words when searching for files.  So as a project (long-term) I'm renaming several hundred files. Nothing wrong with that part of it per se.

What is a problem is that our IT department is getting an email whenever a file is updated and they can't be getting dozens of emails a day/hour about it.   Is this a setting in Autodesk/Fusion somewhere or did some tech person set this up and forget about it somewhere else in oursystem?

If your IT department is a member of the project, they can unfollow it. This is found in the Fusion Teams (web) view of your project, on the right side, a flyout called Project Details. It looks like this must be on a project by project basis.
