Educator account and Trial Version issue

I created an educator account and I installed the software with the lab install package.  I tried logging in to fusion 360 and it still says 30-day trial.  Can you please help me fix this?

Did you complete all the steps to validate your account, which would end the trial and place you into a full EDU license.

The attached document has all the steps you should need. Please review it and let me know if it helps.

I have the same issue.  I have had an educational license for two years.  I recently renewed it for 2021  When I log into autodesk.com/education it displays my license as current (expires April 18, 2022).  When I go to manage.autodesk.com, I can see all of the Autodesk products that I have a license to.

When I launch Fusion 360, it says that I have a 28 days left in my free trial.  I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling.  I tried clearing the local cache.  I tried reimaging my laptop and installing from scratch.  No matter what I do, Fusion still thinks I am in a trial period, despite having a fully verified education license.
