I am a student and I have been unable to get the education license even though I qualify for it and was told to get it.  I have made many accounts to try and fix it, but sadly it isn't working. I need to get on fusion soon, due to projects I have to get done in class.  It has given me a 30 day trial but it is ending in a couple days.  My teacher tried to help me get the 3 year license thing, but it still hasn't changed my account. Please help

I cannot log into Fusion for my educational license. It says I need to buy.

 

my email that i log in with is - 

 

xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.edu.sg

 

Please reply asap as I need to use this for a school project.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear that is happening!   Did you have an error message dialog when you tried to sign in Fusion?  If so, can you please post the screenshot of the message in this thread?  It would be helpful to get started troubleshooting!

I am a high school teacher using Fusion 360 with my class of 15 students. Five of those students still have a trial license which they can't get switched over to an educational license, despite repeatedly going through the sign-up process over the last two weeks. I already emailed support a week ago with no reply. Would someone please contact me to resolve this issue?

Hello, James. I'm in the same trouble with my account. Even though I have been given an access, Fusion 360 is sill a trial version. According to your suggestion, I have checked https://manage.autodesk.com and my account only owns a Storage. I would appreciate if you could help me check the status of my account. Thanks a lot.

Dear Mr James,

 

I have the same problem with my account. I created an Autodesk account through the form "Get a free 3-year education license". After that, I filled out the form, got access to fusion 360, downloaded the program from the link in step 3 and logged in with the same email. But even after a week I still have a trial version. Also in my Autodesk account on the Products and Services page, I only see the Storage product, but the Fusion 360 is displayed on the Trials page.

 

I would appreciate if you help me get a students licence.

I have the same problem. My email ID is paarthsaini1401@gmail.com and when I open the sign up for educational license page, it says I have obtained free access but Fusion 360 and Netfabb shows that I have not obtained free access yet.

I believe the same thing is happening to me. I go to a university where this software is offered to download, however, I cannot get an educational license for my account. I have also tried to download other softwares and different versions of each software. I can download it, but I can’t use it due to lack of license. I have to use my university email in order for this to work, and I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks. I have been with university tech support multiple times and tried to contact Autodesk support multiple times. Both say they are unable to help and it is an issue on the other side. I need this to work on projects for multiple classes. Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi mine got fixed but I believe it was totally random.
I have been emailing people from support and uninstalling and reinstalling a lot of times and then one day after reinstalling it just worked! I’m sorry it was totally not something we can do from our side you just have to keep contacting support, creating new cases and try until it works. Best of luck. Please don’t give up yet!

Hi

I am a design teacher for my students. Many of them have raised this issue that they can't get access to the educational license.

Whenever they click get access, nothing happens and still remains on this page. 
The URL just added a # when clicked "https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/students-teachers-educators# "

 

How can my students get access, there are about 6-7 of them.
