Educational license. new offline warning (2 days). no access to files through fusion.

myhub.autodesk360.com does work but when I click "open in desktop", a popup says fusion is not installed on my device.

I've deleted numerous xml files - Temporary fix.

Fusion reinstalls. Temporary fix.

I've added the executables to my firewall - doesn't seem to fix anything

VPN on - no access to nslookup developer.api.autodesk.com

VPN off - Nslookup works

I will try to install Desktop connector to see if something changes.

frustrated and trying everything.

Welcome to the Community... hopefully we can get you sorted out.

@RajkumarIlanchelian do you have any ideas, or is there someone on your team who could help?

@mfreitasK4VMD Gave you provide us with the below information please so that we can see what is happening?

1. What version of Fusion do you have installed on your machine now?
2. Is this windows or Mac?
3. Looks like with VPN off you are able to access Fusion to go online?

  • 2.0.19215 x86_64

2. Is this windows or Mac?

  • Windows

  • With VPN on or off i am able to go online. The "outage error" persists whether the VPN is on. The "outage error" is a new thing. i used Fusion for weeks before getting the error znd I am unsure what change precipitated the error. I seem to have access to parts of Fusion, just not some of my drawing (which may or may not have been created or edited when the outage warning was present)

Pardon my delay to respond. Can you please try the below if you are still experiencing the problem?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the iservices.db file and then restart Fusion?
