Educational license not being recognized on desktop app

I run a makerspace for a state university and am trying to branch out into Fusion 360 - I signed up for and was accepted for an Educational license, but my application does not seem to recognize that I have this and appears stuck in Trial mode.

My online account shows the "You're confirmed" message in the overview, but after signing in/out of the desktop app several times it will not actually sync/recognize that I have any kind of license other than the 30-day trial.  I got approval for the education access and downloaded the "Fusion 360 Admin Install.exe" application yesterday afternoon, and installed/signed into F360 about 40 minutes ago.

Is this normal and I should just expect it to resolve after a certain amount of time?  Who can I get in touch with to actually fix this for me if it's not something that self-resolves quickly?

One step that some people miss is to go back to the Education portal, and actually get Fusion there, which is when the back end provides a Fusion entitlement. Before that, Fusion won't know you have Fusion access on your Education License. Think of the license as the repository of all the different access to products you can also ask for. The only products that will see you as a valid EDU user are the ones that you requested on the EDU portal.

Hope that helps.

Fusion seeing you as a trial is a natural consequence of you not having a Fusion entitlement.

And I just realized that the other problem is that if you got access as an Admin (which is when you get the Admin Installer), you don't get an individual license. I'll find out what you need to do for that.

Well, I obtained the installer by clicking the "Get License" button for Fusion on https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=class-lab#card-f36...

I then followed the instructions on the card that popped up, clicked the "Download for Windows" link to obtain the "Fusion 360 Admin Install.exe"(which is what I used to install my local copy), ran the installer, and signed up for the update reminders.

As far as I can tell I requested the license in the correct place, if that's wrong what's the correct URL I should have been at?
