Educational license confirmed, but still no access to any products

Hi,
I've been a Fusion 360 user for one year and I'm renewing my Fusion 360 educational license. It keeps telling me that I'm confirmed (I've received confirmation in my .edu email address), yet I still have no access to any of the educational products. Even in Fusion Online, I am told that my license has expired.
Basically, when I try to download any Autodesk educational product, these two pages just loop:
It really frustrates me and seriously impact the progress of my project. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
