Educational License but unlimited "flex tokens" / "cloud credits" not working

I'm using a verified educational license for Fusion 360 for the last couple of weeks, and up until yesterday I was happily using the render function with unlimited tokens/credits. However, this morning, I tried to do a render and it thinks I have no tokens. See screenshot: Screenshot 2022-07-20 at 10.39.42.png

On manage.autodesk.com this is what I see, about cloud services:

I tried to access web chat help and it said this was not available to me. 

Any help? I really need to complete more renders for this assignment, plus, I was really enjoying the process until now!

I've asked someone with more knowledge about this to respond. In the meantime, use the local rendering tool, it's free and produces the same results as the cloud renderer.
