Education license issue Fusion 360 online

Hi,

We are getting an issue where students have a validated education license as seen when they login, but when they try to run Fusion 360 online they get stuck with a message stating that they don't have an educational license.  this only seems to be happening to a few of the students.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thank you

Hi @crafterc,

Thanks for posting. Re: "have a validated education license as seen when they login," could you please clarify when they login where?

If they are seeing active educational eligibility info when they login to the Education Community, that's different than an active Fusion 360 entitlement, which they'd see in the product.

Are you inviting the students to access Fusion 360 or are they self-verifying their educational eligibility?

If the latter and if they haven't already done so, please make sure they click Get product -> ACCESS after logging in to the Education Community.
