Education License - Can I still open DXF files in Fusion 360?

Hi, when checking for updates my account tells me I have the latest version of Fusion 360.

File > upload > customTeleThinline.dxf

I then double click on the file to open it

And then the following message appears

Any ideas as to why this DXF file doesn't appear to be opening? 

To the best of my knowledge I do not have a system administrator. My Education License was set up independently through Fusion 360's website. I have provided ID and been given eligibility through the process of renewing my license and am not due to renew it for another 90 days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this file would greatly assist a Year 12 student with their major project in routing the neck accurately on the body of their sustainable bamboo guitar.

I just found that clicking 'insert' > 'DXF' file worked fine.
