Education License but stuck on basic access

I am a verified student with an education license to use fusion 360 program. When I log in to fusion 360 I am unable to save, or export any file. It says that I can only use basic access even though I am a verified student. Screen Shot 2023-03-14 at 4.13.36 PM.png

This is not caused by your License type but probably because you are hooked into a Team where you do not have rights.  Click on the icon indicated by the right red arrow and then on the drop-down arrow indicated by the left red arrow, what do you see?  If you see another team, select it, to find one you have access to.

Thanks for the information. I am having the same issue. Would it be possible to change the owner of the hub? The original owner is no longer working at the university, but I am continuing to work here.
