Education credits gone after transition to Flex Tokens

Hello,

Up until recently the education account supported unlimited Cloud Credits for cloud renders. After the latest update to Flex Tokens, my balance is zero with no clear solution even though my account is confirmed a student license. 

 

If this is intentional a warning would have been helpful. If it was unintentional, are there any steps to solve this?

Hi @samhanni ,

 

This was definitely unintentional! There was an issue yesterday, very sporadically, where querying the token/cloud credit balance was failing (thus showing the user had 0). I have confirmed that is fixed as of late last night! Do you still see issues today?
