Education account not re-verifying

When trying to re-verify my school account it tells me "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact support if you need to try again". I changed the email after two attempts (today) to the new school email naming system, as it used to be [Year of graduation][lastName] and now is [YOG][random number]. The emails still re-direct to each other, and should both still be registered under the school as students. How do I try again with the new email scheme as I am over the 3 limit?
