Education Account Flex Token Balance

Hello all, I have an Education account for Fusion 360 that I use for university projects and studies.  After the Cloud Credit to Flex Token transition my balance now shows as 400 Flex Tokens, when it used to say unlimited.  Is this just a visual bug, or actually a limit on token amount?  I haven’t wanted to waste any tokens trying to run a cloud render or study just to see if the balance changes if there is a limit.

If the tokens are limited, is this 400 token amount a one-time thing?  Or given out yearly, etc.

Thanks!

Education accounts are supposed to be using cloud credits. This is what my render dialog looks like today.

Can you check if you are actually being charged flex tokens to render?

My render window does looks the same as your picture, and says "Cloud Credits."  I think I associated the number change with the Flex Token announcement, without checking exactly what it said.  My window does still say cloud renders will use cloud credits from the 400 balance though.

After checking the simulation window again though, the window looks different for me, and gives a drop down to select an account.  One account is a random string of letters and numbers with a limit of 400 Cloud Credits (but the simulation will use zero), and the other is called education and is listed as the usual "unlimited."  I only have one account, and am unsure as to what this would be.

You're finding something we should have fixed long ago, but for some reason have not. The rendering dialog does not let you pick which account to take credits/tokens from. The simulation dialog does.

The 400 looks like the amount you get with a trial account. When the rendering credits run out it should switch to your EDU account and show you the unlimited amount.

Knowledge article.
