Edit in place: Isolating current component is not available

I love the new edit-in-place feature and it became part of my workflow immediately. However, I am missing the ability to isolate the currently edited component.

It is possible to go over all components and hide them one by one, which is a tedious task with a large project.

Was it forgotten, is this by design, or is it a bug?

@MartinMajewski One workaround can be to End Edit in Place and then right click on the component and select Isolate.

Yes, a workaround! But if you are inside a complex edit-process you don’t want to only have this option! 😉

@MartinMajewski Yes, completely agree with you.

Here is what I have found out. It was by design the isolate option was not provided, when in edit in place mode. However, I have created a ticket to check the support of this functionality.

Thank you bringing this up.
