dxf problems

can I export to DXF without it showing all my working sketches?

I would like it to just show the solid bodies I have created in Fusion

You cannot export Solid bodies to DXF format, like for example to create a 3D Dxf containing solid bodies. Only sketch elements (and maybe construction planes?) will export

I would recommend using a format such as STP/STEP as nearly anything that can read 3D cad formats can use STEP formats. (it actually stands for 'Standard for the Exchange of Product Data' and was designed for this purpose)
