.dwg file won't open without Fusion becoming unresponsive

I've attached the 2d .dwg file I'm attempting to open. It uploads to my cloud perfectly fine and even gives a preview image in my folder, but if I try to open it, Fusion will load for around 30 seconds before becoming unresponsive and needing to be force closed. If anyone knows any fixes to this I would be very grateful!

I had to dumb it down a bit in AutoCAD by taking out all the Hatch Patterns and exploding all of the Polylines. I hope it will be of some use to you. File is attached.
