Duplicate design on a fixture plate.

Hi All, first post.

I'm a newbie to Fusion 360 and haven't used any 3D modelling software in a number of years since leaving college (Inventor).

I've designed a fixture on one half of a 246 x 346mm plate. I want to copy this design/duplicate all the features onto the second half of the plate. What is the easiest way of accomplishing this? I've tried all manner of copy/move to no avail. I then tried splitting the body across the centre using a centre plain but this has copied the sketch items but not the actual holes/threads etc.

Thanks, Paul

If you have the origin plane in the middle or can create a Construction Midplane then you can use the Mirror command.  Another option is a Rectangular Pattern.  If you cannot figure it out, open your model, select the File menu, then pick Export and save to your hard drive.  Then attach the file to the Attachments section on a reply forum post.

Hi @jhackney1972, thanks for the reply.

I don't wish to mirror the part as I need the duplicate to maintain the same orientation.

I have attached the model as suggested.

Thanks,

Paul

I removed all the components you had made invisible where I think you tried to mirror them and did the job using the second method I suggested, in my first post, Rectangular Pattern to accomplish the task.  NOTE: I have attach your model with a different name and all the component links have been broken.  This is a suggested practice for asking question on the forum since few users desire to import all your components into their database just to answer your question.  You can do this easily on your model before posting by opening your assembly, breaking all links, Exporting it to your hard drive and NOT saving your model.  This gives you an F3D file you can attach.  You will get quick responses if you do this.
