just updated. Still the same. Could this have something to do with the corruption issues that are going on?
No this issue not related. There was an update to the Fusion Graphics engine, in all other cases we've seen an update to the graphics driver has resolved the "fuzzy border" issue.
Go to your Preferences and see if a Graphics Driver change will help. I find the OpenGL Core Profile to work the best. You will need to re-start Fusion 360 if you change drivers. You will have restart Fusion 360 if you change driver.

Just jumping in to confirm if you updated the drivers through AMD site. We have seen in the past that, windows update doesn't help updating the graphics drivers.
