Drawing views do not display in browser version of Fusion 360

I have students who need to use the browser version of Fusion 360, but the templates and drawing views are not displaying there. If I open their files in my desktop application the views are there, but they can't see or work with them in the browser version. Any solutions?

Hi @Anonymous

I'm sorry you have been affected by this issue.

The education team are on the case, they are currently working on a fix. Internally this is logged as CHT-136.

The Fusion 360 instances on the cloud are actually running on Windows. They have been affected by Windows update that has rolled back AMD graphics drivers, causing this problem. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.

There is a workaround which is not ideal, but may help while this is resolved, please have a look at this post: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/no-shapes-are-seen-in-drawing/m-p/10654031#M134059

Please consider communicating a timeline for when this will be resolved... days, weeks, longer? It appears to have been an issue for at least several weeks already. We cannot effectively complete the drawing unit this way, so I would like to be able to rearrange the remaining units and return to the drawing unit when this is resolved. Considering there is only another 6 weeks or so in our semester, knowing how long this will be an issue is very important for planning purposes.
