When I go do Design->Drawing->From Design, some parts of the drawing are invisible on my laptop. I tried zooming, making all sketches visible, nothing changed.

It works just fine on other people's computer, but it's just not working right on my laptop.

Why is that happening?

And when I put my mouse on the table on the bottom, it shows. But as I move my mouse away from it, it just go white.

Hi @kunhaol2

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. This issue has been caused by a recent Windows update that has rolled back some AMD drivers. The suggestion from @Rushikesh.kadam is spot on, you need to update your graphics driver, but make sure you do it from the manufacturer's website (via Windows update will not fix the issue).

It looks like you are an educational user. If you are using the browser/web version of Fusion (for chromebooks), please ignore everything above. There is a known outage on the educational browser/chromebook version, the Education team is working to fix this. The same Windows update has affected the drivers on the servers that run Fusion for browser/chromebook, hopefully there will be a fix for this in the coming days.

Is there an update on the educational outage?

How can I find out more?

I am experiencing this in my classroom with my windows computer lab. My students cannot learn about dimensioning. 3 weeks ago you said hopefully in the "coming days." Are there any updates, or is there any kind of timeline?

Hi @daniel.anderson

The team is currently working on this, it is logged at ticket CHT-136 on the system. Perhaps @gmelantoni can give a bit more insight.

Resolution of this problem requires our streaming provider to update the driver on several thousand instances, and not all use AMD.

We are definitely working with them on it.

Hi @kunhaol2 @daniel.anderson @myerpaul

Good news! The team pushed out an update earlier today that has fixed this issue. It should be available to most users in the next few hours as each of the web instances refresh.

Does that mean it does not fix the Issue on Windows Computers?

Hi @daniel.anderson

This fix is for the educational Chromebook/Web version of Fusion 360. If you are accessing Fusion 360 through the browser version (on Windows, Mac or Chromebook), you will be running the fix.

If you are on a Windows PC, running the desktop app and have disappearing lines, you will need to update your graphics driver, please have a look at this article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/365081
