Drawing update - warning triangles

After making a minor change in my model (changed one length from 29 to 30), the change won't show up in my drawing. In fact, the drawing disappeared and the screen is full of yellow warning triangles (see attached screen shot). The drawing is linked to the latest version. What can I do?

Please attach an f3d file of your model.

While exporting the f3d file in order to post it here in the forum, I noticed that the cursor in my history timeline wasn't at the last but after the first position (see attached printscreen).

I put the cursor at the end, saved the f3d file and voilà, my drawing was updated, no more warning triangles.

Don't know if that was the real cause, but at least my problem was solved.
