Drawing Template Does Not Show All Items When Selected

Hi All,

I'm experiencing an issue when I want to create a drawing from an existing template I've created. When I open the template from the drawing from design tab information on the template is missing. See details in images below.

I select the template I want to use (see image below).

But when the drawing opens its missing information in the template.

See image below that has missing information in red boxes which I've added to the image for depicting locations.

The information that should be contained in the red box is in the image below.

The interesting part is that all the information displays when the I directly open the file without associating it to a design.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,

Hi @austinreyes0323 ,

Apologies that you are facing an issue and thanks for reporting.

Is the missing information from the template part of title block itself or added as a text and image in drawing sheet directly?

Can you share your template for better investigation?

Thanks,

Hi @austinreyes0323 ,

Both the text and image are not part of title block in the template. I have created the updated template for the reference. Please check with this one https://a360.co/4gjjvPh .

However, I would suggest you to update the logo image if needed. Please add that in the title block, not in Drawing sheet. For inserting text/image in title block, select title block>>Right click>>Select Edit title block option>>use Insert image and Text options in the title block environment.

I hope this helps.

Thanks
