Drawing Tab Not Working

Hi , when i use the Drawing from design function, it creates the drawing but doesnt show it. 

I can see the drawing in the thumbnail but i cant in the page.

A recent Windows update rolled back some AMD drivers and this has affected some Fusion 360 users.

@g-andresen is correct, a graphics driver update will resolve the issue. But be careful, doing this from a Windows update will not work.
