Drawing Dimensions Incorrect

Hi, I created a cylinder and a drawing of it and the dimensions are incorrect on the drawing (files attached).  If you look at the sketch which positions the threaded holes on the length of the cylinder, you will see that the holes start 0.25" down from the top and are spaced 0.525" apart.  The drawing shows those numbers as 0.242" and 0.533, respectively.  I've tried turning off thread modeling and removing the chamfers and neither of these fixed the issue.  Am I just somehow missing how to do this?  (FWIW, for the actual drawing for my customer, I typed over the imported dimensions with the correct numbers but this not a real fix.)

Thanks,

Mark

You top hole location point is very close to the origin point and that is what you picked up when placing the hole.  In my drawing I turned on the sketch and placed a dimension to it and then added a center to show the difference.   Take a look at the screencast.
