Drawing dimension

I have a problem with the appearance of my diameter and radius dimensions, there is a line from the center of the circle to the edge circle, then the arrow and the dimension.

i just want the arrow on the edge and the dimension.

Also, I cannot change the location and shape of the line.

What Standard does your company use?

We use ISO because we are based in Europe, but will now see if we can adjust the settings so that we work in the metric system, but with the appearance of ASME.

I have tried to set ASME as default but then run into problems with the metric system, such as paper size in inches, and dimensions are in inches.

Do you know of another way to solve this?
