Drawing Dimension Snap Bug

I'm having an issue when I'm dimensioning a drawing.

When dimensioning I will typically right click(Blue Circle) and select the snap option I want.  The problem comes when I try to do another right click after that selection.  Most of the time when I right click, the dialog box either flashes and goes away or just doesn't pop up.

I've been able to repeat this on almost every drawing I make so I don't see a reason to upload my project but I have included a video of the issue.

No Bug here.  I believe you will have better luck getting the Snap dialog box is you make sure you right click OUTSIDE the drawing view box.  I will sometimes get a flicker in the right click menu due to the face I accidentally right click on the View Boundary Box.

If this does not help, then I would suggest you have a graphic problem.

Thanks for your response but the problem happens whether I'm clicking inside or outside the view box.

I'll try updating my graphics driver.
