Solved: Drawing dimension callouts: How to show inch symbol?

So instead of 48 inches being represented as just 48, I'd like it to be displayed as either 48" or 48in.

Right now it's just 48:

I'm not seeing anything in the document settings:

After double clicking I'm seeing symbols, but no inch symbol:

Do I actually have to double click on every single dimension's text and edit manually?

- Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006
- Apple M1 Max rMBP A2485 // Latest MacOS // Latest Fusion
- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.

The setting is not real obvious.
