Drawing an Intake Manifold

I have to draw this manifold, and I am wondering what is the best way to draw the angled part on the left. I would like to start by drawing the base parts on the xy plane, then drawing the part with holes on left side, then connecting all the pipes.

My question is, what is the best way to create an angled plane in 3D space to start the profile with holes on the left? It is angled in two directions relative to the x axis. So there is no direct way to create an offset or angled plane.

Thank you.

Think I got it. I placed 3 points in 3D space, then created a plane using 3 points.

Or create an angled construction plane at some angle around the X-Axis, create a line on the new plane and use it to create another angled construction plane around the sketch line.  I think you will probably have better control of your construction plan using this method because all you are concerned with is getting the correct angle.  Once on the correct angle, the sketch can be moved anywhere on it.
