Fusion
I have used Parts4Cad for years and now since it is available directly from Fusion 360, it is more convenient than ever. I have had no issue with it as far as security. You must have an account for Parts4Cad to use it as when starting the download to Fusion 360, it asks for it.

Your original post asks it the models are free. They are using the Fusion 360 entry point. I believe the method of payment is for purchasing the actual product which you can do.
