Downloaded to new computer and get a subscription expired message when it is current

Bought a new laptop capable of running F360. Re-downloaded software and when it tries to log me in, I get a “subscription expired-read only” message. Previously worked on my Windows 10 laptop. Anything I might be missing here?

Make sure you're logged in on the correct account. Seen lots of occasions where someone's logged in on an old account they've forgotten about.
