download error

I cannot download Fusion 360 I have had it before on an education license and that is all fine. After it has been downloaded it will not launch comes up with an error and says to contact support with log files. I have attached the log files below. can anyone help?

@marcfish1971 Logs shows the below error. Can we start with a simple restart of the machine and try to install again?
