Don't know where to start with a wooded drawer pull I need to create

I am learning Fusion360 by recreating some of my SketchUp models, I am working on a the my first Fusion model and I need a shaker style wooden drawer pull.  My preference is to recreate it in Fusion referencing the SketchUp model I created years ago, but I can't figure out how to do it.

I don't want to insert or upload a dxf because it gives me something I can't do anything with, this is probably a lack of knowledge on my part.  I don't want to insert an stl as mesh because I have the hobby version and I can't fix the mesh completely.  I would rather learn how to recreate it anyway.

I don't have a Fusion file because I am struggling to understand where to start.  DO I start with a cube and carve things out, or sketch layers.  I was thinking sketch layers but I don't know how to get past the curves in the middle portion and the pyramid on top.

I will attach the .stl, and .dxf from SKU, and my fusion table model.

Sorry @Anonymous, this is my first time with a screen cast. When I click on "try this" I see a timeline and I can click on steps but what am I supposed to be seeing or doing with this?

OK, didn't work in Safari, works in Chrome. Works on my iPhone as well, go figure?

I will check this out later today as I need to go out for a few hours at this point. Thank you for your quick response.

Hi,

You should see a video with the actions to create the button.
There are unfortunately occasional problems with some browsers (Safari for me).
With another browser it should work.
The screencast starts with hiding the cabinet elements in the browser.

Download the file from the attachment, save it locally and open it via File > open.
Then you can follow the steps in the timeline and right-click Edit to see what was done.

Very cool, I see now how I can turn the dxf into the knob, and I think I can create it from scratch now, at least I will try.

Thank you for the quick expert help ion this.
