This option seems to have been there for a while now but in my settings it is still greyed out.

Does anyone know when this will be available to all?

Currently, Home is not available if you have, or have been invited to, a single-user storage hub. Please migrate personal hubs to Fusion Team Hubs for accessing Home.

I moved everything over to a team hub years ago. I do have a single user account as well but this hasn't been used since using the team hub and it is empty.

Hi @MRWakefield ,

Since you have not used your single-user storage, are you ok with us deactivating your single-user storage to allow you to see home tab?

Thanks,

Ok, so as I hadn't received any reply to my last post I started an online chat with AD support. What a total waste of time that was! The support agent didn't seem to have a clue and didn't even read my initial query. After a few minutes of getting nowhere they just closed the chat without any notice or apparent reason! Is there anyone at AD that who knows what they're doing who can delete this redundant personal account for me?

Hi @matko.ribicic
I seem to have the same issue, as far as I can tell I can't fins any way to make my personal hub a "team hub" to allow me to use the home tab. Any possible fixes here?

Hi,

Is there a reason why hints for the solution are not given here for all users?

The solution is that the personal hub must be deleted/disabled by an AD technician and they need to know the email address that's associated with the user's account. Obviously this information isn't for public viewing hence the DMs.

What would be ideal is for the user to be able to delete/disable any personal hub themselves or for AD to enable the Home tab irrespective of whether they have a personal hub or not. It would also have helped me (and undoubtedly others too) if there was some kind of notification that the Home tab couldn't be enabled if there was a personal hub still associated with that user account. As it was, I was ignorantly waiting for it to be rolled out (as per the tooltip in the preferences dialogue).

First of all, thanks everyone for taking an interest in the Fusion Home tab!

We're working on a solution to enable it for everyone, and in the meantime, we are processing requests to get Home tab access as they come (see related Support article: How to enable Home tab feature in Fusion ).

To migrate data from a Personal (Single-user storage) hub to a Team hub, please see How to transfer Fusion projects from Single User Storage to a Fusion Team Hub.

Great news!

That first link doesn't seem to work though (for me at least!).
