Display Component Colors not cycling as normal

I've used Display Components Color on other designs previously and it works as widely described. With this design I cannot see why the two different components in the design (Handle and Clamp) both have the same color assigned.

There may be something stupid that I've missed but I can't see anything different from what I've done before.

I tried enable/disable via Shif-n and the Inspect menu. What I hadn't realised is that this additional option only appears on the right-click menu if Display Component Colors is enabled.
