display collision/ display problem.

Hello, I've come across a problem which has been bothering me for a while now. I have been having problems with the display. Every time I open up fusion and try and design something the display freezes. I try opening previous files on the cloud it freezes. I try use my orbit tool, nothing. I try clicking on render, nothing. it seems to overlay another display on top.  Here is a photo showing what I see every time I try click on different stuff.  I've tried resetting my display settings but that did nothing. please help as I need fusion for work.

I found a way to fix this but it required me to turn the design history off then it would refresh and i would be able to use it like normal, displaying everything correctly.

it seems like this doesn't work now. so I'm a bit stuck on what to do.
