Please find herewith attached my screen shots of my Task Manager for your reference with and without fusion opened due to an automatic update i received a week or 10 days ago that made my system completely slow even though my system configurations are well beyond your requirements. this never happened before the automatic update. Kindly let me know what shall i do to recover from it and get my system working with Fusion as it was before.

to open Fusion it takes only 10 seconds before but now it takes a while to even open and then once i click my projects to open its taking more than 8 minutes.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Hi @Anonymous,

What is the full spec of the computer?

Looking at the ram usage it appears you have around 1GB of RAM which is insufficient for Fusion 360.

Here are the minimum requirements: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you upload a screenshot of task manager on the performance tab? I'm struggling to see how Fusion using 600MB of RAM is bringing your system to its knees.

Another thing that would be useful to see would be to click on the memory tab in processes so that the processes are in descending order of RAM usage so we can see if any background processes are eating ram.
