Dimensions and Axis Break After Rotating Ellipse

After adding dimensions to the two axes of an ellipse and then rotating the ellipse, the dimensions and axes become distorted or broken.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an Ellipse
  2. Add Dimensions
  3. Rotate Ellipse
  4. Notice how the dimensions and axes become inaccurate and visually incorrect

Workaround I found:

Sketch lines over ellipse axis and dimensions these sketch lines.

I don't like to bump my own question but this exakt problem was posted on Reddit last week by another user.
Can anyone replicate this problem?

I read this thread https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-support/keeping-constraints-on-elliptical-curves/td-p/13048549 and I don't know if the problems are connected.
But after using trim on an ellipse the axis of the ellipse can no longer be constrained and will rotate free.
