Dimensioning to apparent intersections

Is this now possible?  I saw a thread from 2016 asking about this.  I have AutoCAD LT also.  Often I bring a dxf profile into Fusion and then fully dimension and constrain it in case I want to make changes later.  Often those profiles already contain fillets and radii.  Is it possible to dimension to apparent intersections in such a case?  IF not, is it best to remove all radii from the sketch, and add them in to the extruded model?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I can think of several strategies that depend on the actual geometry.

If nothing else - add a sketch point and constrain coincident to the two pieces of geometry - the result is the apparent intersection.
