The link to your file really does not help much since it does not show your sketch process. Opening your model, your sketch displays dimensions just fine. What we need to see is a video of your process of creating a sketch and applying dimensions. We need to see the whole screen including commands you use, the sketch palette and the processes. You must attach your video using the Forum since attachments from email do not show up.
