Desperate for autodesk help to escape blue circle of DEATH!!

My design crashed about the moment of the last update (coincidence perhaps) and now my design wont open. It is stuck in a perpetual state of updating with the blue circle spinning endlessley. Other designs werent affected by the update, but this one was. I cant screencast, but this happenned before and I never got any response from Autodesk. That was a smaller design, so I just re did it. THAT IS NOT AN OPTION THIS TIME. I MUST recover this design. Please tell me what I need to do to help you help me get BACK to work.

No right click options so how do I share the design? its just locked up and I must get it back soon. this is my business!!

After rebooting my PC a few times, and waiting an hour it now opens, and so does the one from before that I could never open until just now. I think im losing my mind with Fusion 360. LOL

So since Im not getting any help from Autodesk (their super busy cause they just rolled out a new update) I was able to go to the web and download the design, and import it into Fuxion 360. I can now open the design, and get back to work (lost another 3 hours of productivity) but the original design still just sits with the spinning blue circle of despair. The big question is why did I have to go through all this. Why does Fuxion not update the design? I proved the internet connection by downloading the design succesfully in just seconds, yet Fuxion was locked in blue circle mode.

I attached a pic of the two designs. one spinning, and the one I downloaded from the web.

I do not see any pictures Attached?

Can you File >Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here?

(Or provide access in some other way?)

Hasn't been an update for a week or so, you might find the reason you're not getting replies is it's easter.

Might be a good idea to collect your diagnostic files and attach.

One thing I've done when I've seen this is go into offline mode, open the file and do a Save As to create a copy then go back online.

The blue circle happened to me without any Fusion 360 updates being applied. So I can say the problem still exists in 2022.
