Desktop Connector is not functioning, support is nowhere to be seen

Yesterday no data would load, today I cannot paste or delete files in File Explorer.

 

I tried contacting support yesterday, but there are no appointments (!)

I submitted ticket more than 24 hours ago, no response.

I know this may not the right board to post on, but I want to know what is happening with Autodesk. Is their support team on a strike? Anyone has similar issues?

Good day @opM7REZ,

 

Have you recently updated your Desktop Connector?
It is one of the software that doesn't update by itself, you need to uninstall the old version, download and install the newly downloaded version.
