Design will not load - spinning wait symbol

Hello all,

I've recently run into a problem where a design I was working on will not load.  The previous saved versions are there and I can update the design, again.  Has anyone run into this issue.  It's been going on only for this particular file for 4 days.

Was this design open on another computer before this all started?

No, I only run Fusion on one computer

Are you able to expand the design (hitting on the V21) and select View details on Web? Does it open Fusion team for you with details to this version?

Unfortunately, it has been stuck on step 1: processing design data for about 20 min. now.

@Singha322YL6Q If you get Fusion in the offline mode and then try to open the design what happens? Are you able to open it with all the changes? If you make a small edit at this time and then go back online it should get you synced up back.
